Style Account is an exclusive members club that solves the problems of the confusing pre-hair cut consultation and the ‘45 minute captive time’.
Customers achieve the twin benefit of looking their best and an improved, VIP lifestyle.
The initial thinking behind the concept is described below:
Problem:
People often go to the hairdressers and are intimidated or cannot accurately describe what they want. As a result, the important pre haircut consultation sets false objectives leading to unhappy customers
Solution:
“Hair salon customers are encouraged to ‘open a ‘Style Account’”
Operating as an online ‘bank account’ style membership service, after an initial consultation, the customer can become a member and be able to access their personal Style Account from home or WAP mobile.
After every cut, a 360 degrees photograph and comments will be posted on their account, building a bank of cuts.
Customers can access their Style Account online and via an ‘In Chair Touch Screen Display’ and can view their hair cut history, personalise the space and import images as a reference for the stylist.
After the ‘pre cut’ consultation the ‘In Chair Touch Screen’ will be used like a screen on a first class aeroplane to display 'in chair' educational and entertainment programming bespoke to your salon.
In contrast to normal advertising, the ‘member’ will be rewarded for ‘accepting’ the advertisements by special discounts and offers sent directly to their online Style Account.
Your Style Account members space will evolve into a personal style consultancy offering:
- targeted, relevant news stories,
- Reward driven advertisements
- Recomended products
Like a personalised ‘glamour’ magazine for women and ‘GQ’ for men.
